Position Overview:

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of complex software applications, managing a team of developers, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams. You will play a critical role in shaping our technology stack, improving software architecture, and driving the execution of innovative projects in IoT and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture:

  • Full Stack Development: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Front-end Development: Expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • Back-end Development: Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Server-Side Technologies: Proficiency in frameworks like Hibernate, TypeORM, NestJS, MyBatis, or iBatis to build scalable backend services.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Basic understanding of cloud computing, with exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Project & Team Management:

  • Technical Strategy: Define best practices, coding standards, and software development processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Project Execution: Lead project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of developers, conducting code reviews, pair programming, and skill development sessions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and embedded system teams to develop integrated solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients, understand their business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle escalations, propose innovative solutions, and ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear technical documentation, project reports, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skill Set:

Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, handling enterprise or product-based solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in team and project management, leading Agile-based development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks: ReactJS / NextJS / AngularJS / HTML / CSS.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: C / C++ / Java / JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like iBatis, MyBatis, Hibernate, TypeORM, or NestJS.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best coding practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex development challenges.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

  • Advanced experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Prior experience working on IoT-based applications or integrating hardware with software solutions.
  • Proven track record in enterprise software development or large-scale web applications.
  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
