- Maintaining employee's data and conducting induction and other sessions for the employees.
- Attendance management, Leave management and Letter Generation.
- Handling employees' grievances and providing resolution.
- Handling ends to end Performance management system (Performance Management, Reviewing and Increment).
- Employee full and final settlement.
- Making salary breakups and conducting audits related to HR.
- Managing the whole documentation process for employees and organization.
- Conversing with the payroll expert and intra-departmental executives for implementing the best and suitable plans.
- Timely delivery of HR related reports.
- Recruitment- Job portals, interacting with placement consultants, References, Ads.
- Issuing offer letters, Appointment letters, Terminations, Designing the salary structure and pay slips, Issuing ID cards.
- Setting HR policies and systems and overseeing HR operations.

- Must have experience in legal drafting and handling legal cases
