The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing multiplayer games, strong programming fundamentals, and a deep understanding of game performance optimization. Candidates with experience in Unity3D who are willing to transition to Unreal Engine are also encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement high-quality multiplayer game features using Unreal EngineUse vector math and linear algebra to build immersive and realistic gameplay experiencesApply strong OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms to optimize game systems and performanceDevelop gameplay mechanics and game systems using C++ or C#Identify, analyze, and resolve complex gameplay and technical issues to ensure smooth performanceWork collaboratively in an agile development environment following Scrum methodologiesIntegrate 3D assets, animations, and VFX into the game engine in collaboration with designers and artistsStay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance game qualityRequirements2+ years of game development experience, preferably with Unreal EngineStrong background in multiplayer game development and understanding of online gameplay challengesSolid understanding of vector math and linear algebra for physics and advanced gameplay mechanicsStrong foundation in OOP, Data Structures, and AlgorithmsProficiency in C++ or C# with ability to write optimized and maintainable codeStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approach to challengesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development practicesExcellent communication and teamwork skills
