Job Description

1 Ensure compliance wrt privacy controls for business engagements across all Industry Groups ie RCM BFSI TTH CMT Technology

2 Plan and Execute assessments wrt privacy controls

3 Train and support ISM function for proper execution of security and privacy controls to ensure reasonable assurance wrt data protection

4 Support ISM function group in a capacity of SME for identification analysis evaluation and reporting of security and privacy risks to respective business engagement across all Industry Groups within LTIMindtree

5 Support ISM function group in a capacity of SME for privacy incidents

6 Support in external audits Provide response wrt data privacy requirements for new prospective projects engagements ie Request for Proposal RFP Bid Process Management responses etc as need to have basis

7 Coordinating with Data Protection Office wrt closure of data privacy risks identified for business engagements across all Industry Groups within LTIMindtree

Functional Capabilities

1 Must have indepth knowledge MergerAcquisition MA impacts of data privacy

2 Must have fair understanding in BFSI and Mercantile laws

3 Must have detail understanding GDPR Global Data Protection laws regulations ie LGPPD Philippines DPA 2012 CCPA HIPAA etc

4 Must have fair knowledge of Data Protection Impact Assessment DPIA Record of Processing Activity ROPA Execution

5 Must have fair understanding in lawfulness of processing wrt GDPR requirements

6 Must have fair experience in privacy risk mitigations

7 Must have fair understanding on Data Governance Data Protection and Data Privacy

8 Capable to deal with statutory and regulatory audits and compliances wrt data privacy domain

9 Must have understanding in legal research process and practices wrt privacy domain

10 Must have basic understanding in Privacy Enhancing Technologies PET

Managerial Capabilities

1 Must act as individual contributor

2 Must be capable to learn new technologies

3 Must have positive attitude for solution provisioning wrt privacy domain

4 Must be a good team player

5 Must have capabilities to manage stakeholders internal external independently

Preferable Degree Qualification

1 BTechLLBLLM or

2 Company Secretary CS
