We’re Hiring: SAP Technical Architect – ABAP (Bangalore)Role : SAP Technical Architect (ABAP) Location : Bangalore (Work from Office) Full-timeWe are looking for an experiencedSAP Technical Architectto join our team inBangaloreand lead the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge SAP solutions.If you are passionate aboutbuilding scalable SAP architectures, solving complex business challenges, and mentoring teams , this role is for youHow You Will Make an Impact Technical Leadership & Architecture Define and drive ABAP development architecture for scalable and high-performance solutions. Establish and enforcebest practicesin ABAP coding standards and quality. Lead SAP customizations, enhancements, and new development initiatives. Evaluate and recommend emerging SAP technologies (CDS Views, RAP, AMDP, OData). Development & Optimization Design and develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Optimize ABAP codebase for performance and maintainability. Build custom BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements. Work onABAP on HANAconcepts includingcode pushdownand advanced performance tuning. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, PM, HR, etc.). Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to deliver effective solutions. Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Integration teams to maintain system stability and compliance. Mentor and provide technical training to junior ABAP developers. SAP Integration & Extensibility Develop SAP interfaces using IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, and OData. Work on SAP Fiori/UI5 extensions and enhancements. Ensure adherence toSAP Clean Core principlesand upgrade readiness.✅ What You Bring to the Team Bachelor’s Degree inComputer Science / IT / Engineering(Chemical/Mechanical/Computers). 10+ yearsof SAP ABAP development experience, including3+ years in an Architect role . Strong expertise in: ABAP Objects (OOP), ALV, SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms. SAP enhancement techniques (BADI, user exits, enhancement framework). CDS Views, AMDP, ABAP on HANA optimizations. SAP Workflow, BRF+, BTP ABAP Environment (a plus). Knowledge ofintegration technologies : IDocs, BAPIs, OData, Web Services. Experience with performance tuning and debugging complex ABAP programs. Familiarity withSAP Fiori/UI5development (preferred). Excellentproblem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills .Preferred Qualifications Experience inSAP S/4HANA migrations or Greenfield implementations . Knowledge ofSAP BTP services and cloud extensibility . Exposure toDevOps for SAP (CI/CD, Git, ATC checks) .
