Description :- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot L2/L3 network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN appliances.- Support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring network reliability and security.- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions for enterprise connectivity.- Collaborate with the IT team to design and deploy network solutions for new projects and upgrades.- Perform network performance monitoring and tuning to optimize traffic flow.- Identify, analyze, and resolve network issues, providing timely incident resolution.- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.- Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve complex network issues.- Ensure adherence to network security policies and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (L2/L3).- Proven experience with SD-WAN technologies.- CCNP certification (Mandatory).- Familiarity with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, MPLS, etc.- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Attributes :- Experience with enterprise firewalls and VPN solutions.- Knowledge of data center networking and cloud network integrations.
