The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands education, parent psychology, and digital content trends.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and sales goals. - Create engaging content for parents, students, and partners, including blogs, social media posts, emails, newsletters, website copy, and video scripts. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels. - Plan and manage content calendars to support campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives. - Research and identify trending topics in education, parenting, and mentorship to create relevant, value-driven content. - Optimize content for SEO and performance tracking using analytics tools. - Repurpose existing content into various formats (reels, blog snippets, guides, etc.) to maximize reach. - Support brand storytelling by capturing success stories, testimonials, and community highlights.Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or brand communications (preferably in edtech or parenting-focused brands). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content analytics. - Experience with SEO tools and AI-based content tools is a plus. - Creative thinker with strong storytelling and audience empathy. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
