The Gig

Install, configure, and maintain IIS/Apache/Nginx web servers. Deploy and configure .NET applications on IIS/Apache/Nginx with SSL integration. Analyze logs and troubleshoot application/server issues. Manage and secure Windows and Linux OS environments, including upgrades and patches. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting. Ensure SLA-based resolution of incidents and execution of changes. Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, Route53, ALB, S3, CloudFront, ECS, VPC, RDS, and Docker. Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker). Handle networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS). Provide production support in a 24x7 environment, including rotational shifts.

Required Skills:

1–2 years of experience in Cloud/System Administration. Strong knowledge of AWS tools and services. Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting. Hands-on with Jenkins, Docker, SSL, DNS. Good understanding of web technologies and application servers. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service orientation. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
