ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow custom applications and integrations.

● Build and maintain complex dashboards to visualize data and support decision-making.

● Develop and configure HR Service Delivery workflows and processes.

● Create and customize ServiceNow portals, including custom widgets and AngularJS

directives.

● Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, including UI actions and widget

performance.

● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver

solutions.

● Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features.

Required Skills and Experience

● Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including core, portal, and HRSD

modules.

● Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript),

and database concepts.

● Proficiency in designing and developing custom widgets, including client-side scripting

and AngularJS.

● Experience with ServiceNow dashboards, reporting, and performance optimization.

● Knowledge of HR processes and data structures.

● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Desired Skills and Experience

● Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other systems.

● Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

● ITIL certification.

Technical Skills

● ServiceNow core platform (GlideSystem, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.)

● ServiceNow Portal development (AngularJS, widgets, client scripts)

● ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HR Profile, HR Service, Service Activities)

● JavaScript, HTML, CSS

● Web Services (REST, SOAP)

● Database concepts (SQL)
