NetAnalytiks - Senior Data Scientist - Generative AI

NetAnalytiks Ltd is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist - Gen AI to work on Australian Projects in a hybrid mode from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Pune locations.
As a Senior Data Scientist with Gen AI experience, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading local AI initiatives by developing advanced AI models and analytics solutions to drive strategic decision-making and enhance value for clients" organizations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement advanced AI/ML models using AWS SageMaker, following best practices in model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Design and manage robust data storage strategies on AWS S3, focusing on performance, security, and scalability to support AI initiatives.
- Develop and maintain serverless data processing workflows using AWS Lambda for efficient event-driven operations and real-time analytics.
- Orchestrate container management and deployment strategies using AWS ECS and ECR to improve the reliability and reproducibility of AI applications.
- Lead the design of comprehensive security and governance frameworks using AWS IAM to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance for AI systems.
- Utilize AWS Bedrock for infrastructure management, automating resource provisioning and scaling to support intensive AI workloads.
- Leverage AWS OpenSearch Serverless to build scalable search and analytics solutions, integrating with AI-driven applications for enhanced insights.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, data science, and AI within the team while mentoring junior data scientists and engineers.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AWS services, AI, and machine learning technologies, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes, delivering measurable impact and actionable intelligence.
Qualifications :
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in data science and AI with a successful track record of delivering AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services related to AI and machine learning, including S3, Lambda, ECS, ECR, SageMaker, IAM, Bedrock, and OpenSearch Serverless.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Demonstrated leadership in building, deploying, and maintaining production-level AI systems.
- Expertise in designing and implementing secure and compliant data handling and analytics solutions in the cloud.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills to lead technical teams and projects effectively.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CICD pipelines, and infrastructure as code in an AWS environment.
- Strategic thinking ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Relevant AWS certifications and continuous professional development in AI and cloud technologies
