Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Sales & Business Development to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships across global markets. This role is pivotal in leading our sales initiatives, developing strategies to expand market reach, and positioning Closeloop as a trusted technology partner.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong B2B sales background within the technology sector, a proven track record of closing enterprise deals, and the ability to translate complex technical offerings into business value.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

- Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and ensure consistent deal flow.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Lead acquisition of new clients while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

- Partner with clients leadership teams to understand business challenges and propose tailored digital solutions.

- Foster long-term, value-driven partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Proposal & Contract Management

- Drive the end-to-end proposal process including RFP responses, presentations, and contract

negotiations.

- Ensure proposals align with client needs, performance requirements, and pricing structures.

Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence

- Explore and develop new markets, verticals, and technology-driven offerings.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales objectives with organizational goals.

- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Required Qualifications

- 7-8 years of experience in B2B sales and business development within the IT/technology services sector.

- Proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients and achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of software development services and digital transformation technologies (AI, AR/VR, IoT, Cloud, Enterprise Solutions).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
