Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced and skilled CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing and implementing CIAM solutions, focusing on providing secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity and access management for customer-facing applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of CIAM principles and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement CIAM solutions to manage customer identities, authentication, and authorization across web and mobile applications.

- Customize and extend CIAM platforms to meet specific business needs, including user registration, login, profile management, and self-service features.

- Develop and integrate APIs and services for identity and access management functionalities.

- Integrate CIAM solutions with other enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms, to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.

- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security and user convenience.

- Configure and manage identity providers (IdP) and service providers (SP) to support SSO and federated identity scenarios.

- Ensure that CIAM solutions adhere to security best practices, including data encryption, secure authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Implement and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific requirements.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.

- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for registration, login, password recovery, and profile management.

- Optimize user experience through responsive design, accessibility considerations, and performance improvements.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user flows.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of CIAM systems to handle high volumes of authentication and authorization requests efficiently.

- Implement scalability solutions to accommodate growing user bases and transaction volumes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Develop and execute test plans for CIAM features and integrations, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Identify, report, and resolve defects and issues discovered during testing phases.

- Work with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with CIAM platforms and technologies (e., Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, Azure AD B2C).

- Strong experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and XACML.

- Knowledge of identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user provisioning.

- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.

- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to identity and access management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Experience with cloud-based CIAM solutions and services (e., AWS Cognito, Azure AD B2C).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools related to CIAM (e., CI/CD pipelines, automated testing).

- Experience with user experience (UX) design and optimization.
