Civil Site Supervisor

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities , ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and labor teams, and managing site documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day on-site project progress. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports , measurement sheets. Manage and control site materials and store inventory . Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and concerned manager . Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards . Report project issues, risks, and progress updates regularly. Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision. Proficiency in Quality Control practices and standards Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting shall be preferred. Strong communication and team management skills. Experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) is an added advantage . Salary Range Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- depending on experience and skillset.
