Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities


Deliver projects successfully: 

o Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets meticulously to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and management expectations. 

o Inform in real-time about difficulties or up-coming issues and propose solutions.


Monitor technical and financial indicators: 

o  Track and analyze key technical and financial metrics to ensure project performance aligns with expectations. 

o   Send reports to the management according to each project and internal requests. 

o   Make data-driven adjustments to optimise outcomes and maintain control over project costs, margins and technical standards.


Coordination meetings: 

o   plan and lead internal coordination meetings as well as meetings with clients (remotely and/or on-site). 

o   Keep project documentation up to date. 

o   Implement planning (GANTT or similar) and reporting tools. 

o   Draft the minutes and get them approved by the client.


Lead team: 

o   Understand and share the technical and commercial contexts of the projects.

o   Provide clear direction, coordination and support to project teams (installation, procurement, sales, finance, design office, manufacturing, approval test, FAT, SAT, customer’s representative, sub-suppliers, etc.) fostering a collaborative environment where each member’s contributions are valued and aligned with project goals. 

o   Permanently facilitate communication and actions between project teams.

o   Provide solutions. 


Facilitate open communication: 

o   Maintain transparent and open lines of communication with the management to ensure alignment, address concerns promptly, and keep everyone informed of project progress.


Promote innovation and accountability: 

o   Encourage creative problem-solving and accountability within the team, while establishing clear roles and responsibilities to drive project success.



Address challenges efficiently: 

o   Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, using a proactive approach to minimize disruptions and keep the project on track.


New product innovation:

o   Innovate and lead the development of advanced product offerings tailored to customer needs, with a focus on cutting-edge solutions such as Over-the-Air (OTA) Chambers, Compact Antenna Test Ranges (CATRs), and both Near Field and Far Field testing solutions.

o   Ensure that that these offerings not only meet but exceed industry standards, positioning the company at the forefront of EMC and antenna measurement technology.

o Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to identify market trends and customer requirements, translating them into actionable product development strategies that drive business growth


 Drive continuous improvement: 

o  Implement lessons learned and best practices to enhance project processes, promote team growth, and contribute to the organization’s overall efficiency and success.

o   Set-up feed-back meetings at the end of each project.


Empower the team: 

o Support and develop team members by providing opportunities for growth and recognizing their achievements, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Pre-sales reviews: 

o   join, on request, pre-sales meetings to bring analysis and support about upcoming or future projects.

o   Bring assistance to the sales team.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics
  • 15+ years of experience in project management related to RF
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
