Senior Gen AI-Data Scientist

- Help define and lead the GenAI strategy for the Tax function , identifying high-value use cases and setting standards for adoption
- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that transform workflows (e.g., intelligent assistants, AI-driven classification, anomaly detection, automated audit support, document summarization, retrieval-augmented reporting)
- Partner with senior Tax, Product, and Engineering leaders to drive requirements and deliver tools with measurable business impact
- Lead the development of real-time, AI-powered analytics and recommendation engines that drive decision-making across the org
- Establish governance, evaluation, and best practices for responsible use of AI in tax and compliance workflows
- Mentor and guide analysts and engineers on applying GenAI/LLMs effectively in automation projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, and data automation , with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions at scale
- Strong Communication & Clarity of Thought
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex projects, methodologies, and outcomes.
- Can articulate the business problems being solved , the rationale behind chosen approaches, and the impact of delivered solutions in a structured and concise manner.
