About the Role :


As a Senior UX Designer you will have to create empathetic product UX via pragmatic storytelling, detailed flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.

You will be conceptualizing, communicating and pitching your ideas frequently in front of your peers across product, business, tech and marketing.

We expect you to bring in fresh approaches, insights and to be great at conveying what's best for the user to interact with a seamless product using best UX practices and processes.

Essential Functions :


- Create quick sketches, comprehensive wire-frames, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables.

- Partner with Product Team to ideate on product direction and to translate user stories into UX solutions

- Collaborating with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to help define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, experience, and visuals

- Documenting the user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos

- Creating and communicating design guidelines, patterns, and libraries

- Executing UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

- Drive design quality, usability and accessibility standards.

Education :


- Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, or a related field of study

- Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator

- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code & basic development practices will be an added -advantage.

Experience :


- 7+ years of professional experience with UX/UI design and of highly interactive products and digital interfaces such as Web Applications, m-web, and native apps

- Experience in prototyping & visual design

- Hands-on experience in working with Design systems in the past.

Knowledge, Ability & Skills :


- You must possess strong portfolio that details strong interaction, thought process and UX design skills

- Good knowledge in interaction design principles & user-centered design processes.

- Deep understanding of typography, layout and composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation and transitions.

- Create detailed user flows while being able to imagine movement and co-relation between different components to create user delight.

- Design thinking, creative, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Be open and attentive to the user's needs.

- Must be able to communicate ideas & collaborate with the team members to achieve desired results.

- Empathy for the end-user and provide the best usable solution.

- Must possess good English writing & speaking skills.
