Experience Band: 8-12 Years


1. Technical Expertise

a. Forms Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive forms utilizing expertise in RDBMS, stored procedures, and functions.

b. Database Optimization: Create and optimize stored procedures and functions in MS SQL, utilizing SSMS to enhance database performance.


2. Technology Leadership

a. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Forms Developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

b. Best Practices Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for form development, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and scalability.


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

a. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement form solutions aligned with business needs.

b. Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to coding standards, and continuous improvement.


4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

a. Technology Adoption: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, guiding the team in adopting innovative solutions.

b. Problem Resolution: Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to form development.


5. People Management

a. Team Development: Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members to enhance their technical skills.

b. Cultural Leadership: Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the development team.


  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • KSA Proven experience as a Forms Developer with expertise in RDBMS.
  • Strong proficiency in MS SQL, SSMS, and either Infomaker or Qlik.
  • Experience with form validation and error handling.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a development team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
