Manage day-to-daysocial media posting, scheduling, and monitoringfor client pages. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensureon-time deliverables. Track campaign progress, follow up on approvals, and ensuredeadlines never slip. Keep an eye on social media activity, responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions. Shareperformance reports and actionable insightswith clients regularly.You should have: 2–5 years of experience inclient servicing or social media management(agency experience is a big plus). Good technical understanding ofsocial media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). Excellentcommunication and organisational skillsto handle multiple accounts. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset, to be always on top of deliverables and deadlines.
