We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both back-end and front-end development, with a deep understanding of JavaScript, modern frameworks, and system design. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications, driving best practices, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js.

- Build responsive and efficient front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools (React with Redux.js).

- Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring secure and reliable connections.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack (front-end, back-end, databases).

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills :

- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on Node.js.

- Proven experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and related tools and libraries.

- Solid knowledge of front-end frameworks, especially React.js with Redux.js.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, Microservices architecture, and API integration.

- Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control systems, and containerization tools (Docker).

- Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced team Qualifications :

- Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Working knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or other real-time data solutions.

- Understanding of security best practices in web development.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
