By fostering collaborative partnerships based on transparency and trust, we seek to build lasting client relationships and uphold the values that drive our success as we grow.Key Team Leadership:- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents.- Set sales targets, track performance, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed targets.- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and ensure team growth.Business Development:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Negotiate and close deals with clients to maximize profits.- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects sales and Strategy:- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business and Skills:- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in real estate.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.- Valid real estate license is Requirements:- Ability to travel as needed.- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.- Strong analytical and problem-solving Competitive salary and commission structure.- Health insurance and other benefits.- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.If you are a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate sales and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
