Job Description


As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT Operational Infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role will encompass a variety of systems and network management tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our business-critical applications and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based infrastructure and Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
  • Oversee identity management, including Entra ID and Federation services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN).
  • Configure and maintain cloud services in Azure and AWS.
  • Manage network security for secure internet and private application access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • To succeed in this role, you will:
  • Identify and implement new technologies for automation of manual tasks.
  • Manage/monitor/patch the server environment as well as EUC environments
  • Develop networking solutions
  • Collaborate with Security and Cloud teams on projects
  • Support integration following corporate acquisitions
  • Propose solutions to address complex problems
  • Help support and provide knowledge transfer to our L1 and L2 Support Desk team.
