Position Overview :

As a Technical Writer specializing in AI/ML documentation, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive and clear documentation for our AI/ML products and services.


You will work closely with our development, product, and marketing teams to ensure that all technical content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligns with our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities :


- We would look for a candidate who had experience documenting a web-based application.


- Understanding of how web-based applications work.

Nginx/Apache web server configuration


- Technical knowledge of documents like Nginx/Apache web server configuration, Database (Postgres), Linux OS


- Integration with third-party applications - Jira, Jama, confluence, project management

Authentication methods (Ldap, Single Sign On)


- Data management systems (Git/subversion/perforce, etc)


- Along with these, having an understanding of understanding of EDA or semiconductor design would be a nice to have but we don't need to make it mandatory.


- We may not get someone who has all of these matches, but having several of these in the list would be :


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.


- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML is a plus.


- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical writing experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML documentation.


- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and tools. Ability to read and understand code in languages such as Python, R, or Java.


- Certification in AI/ML-related fields (e.g., Google AI Certification, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).


- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.


- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.



- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional Qualifications :


- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and services.


- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.


- Familiarity with version control systems and documentation versioning best practices
