Required Skills and Experience

Experience : 3-7 years

- 3+ years of Experience working with BroadSoft Contact Center Solutions or any Contact center IVR and routing flow development

- Experience in VoIP application development and integration.

- Strong programming skills in languages like C/C++, Python, or Java or Javascript.

- In-depth understanding of VoIP protocols such as SIP, RTP, SRTP, and related codecs.

- In-depth understanding of WebRTC, Websocket and NodeJS

- Familiarity with network configuration, QoS (Quality of Service), and IP telephony.

- Experience with VoIP libraries and frameworks.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging VoIP-related issues.

- Knowledge of security best practices in VoIP applications.

- Documentation experience for building self-service IVR flow design

- Experience in integrations with back end applications like CRM, Database using Web service API

- Experience in testing the flows developed and document test results

- Working experience on Cisco WxCC platform or R9/R10platform would be a plus
