About the Role :We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that are scalable, secure, and high-performance.This role requires solid experience in both frontend and backend technologies, and a strong understanding of modern development practices.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks.- Develop robust and scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (NestJS), Laravel, or other backend frameworks.- Create and manage database schemas and queries for both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services to extend functionality.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.- Document technical solutions, APIs, and architectural decisions.Required Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js for frontend development.- Solid backend development skills in Node.js (preferably NestJS), Express.js, or Laravel (PHP).- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.- Proficiency with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.- Understanding of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (basic knowledge acceptable).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
