We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant/Specialist to configure end to end implementations of our Talent Management and Global Benefits suites. In this role, you will be the functional consultant for Performance & Goals (PMGM), Succession Planning, and Global Benefits. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure our system drives high performance, identifies future leaders, and delivers a seamless benefits experience for our global workforce.Key Responsibilities:1 Module Ownership: Take ownership on end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and support for PMGM, Succession Planning (including CDP), and Global Benefits.2 System Configuration: Manage PMGM templates, including route maps, rating scales, and calibration sessions.- Configure Succession Org Charts, Talent Pools, and Talent Search functionalities. - Set up and maintain Global Benefits within the Employee Central framework, including enrolment windows, eligibility rules, and integration with third-party providers.3 Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between EC and Talent modules, PMGM and Succession Planning, Compensation and Global benefits will be an added advantage.Required Skills and Qualifications:1 Experience: Minimum 3 Years of hands-on Experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration.- At least end to end implementation in PMGM or Succession planning is a must. - Knowledge of any other modules such as LMS and Compensation management will be considered as an additional skillset, but not must.2 Module Expertise: Proven experience in PMGM (Goal Management, Performance Management, Continuous Performance Management).- Deep knowledge of Succession & Career Development Planning (CDP). - Technical proficiency in Employee Central Global Benefits configuration.3 Technical Skills: Strong understanding of XML (for PMGM/Succession template editing).- Expertise in MDF (Metadata Framework) and Business Rules. - Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).4 Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in at least two of the three required modules (PMGM, Succession, or EC/Benefits) is highly preferred.
