The position involves maintaining and optimizing Linux systems, performing detailed troubleshooting, ensuring network security, and providing high-quality technical support for clients. The role also includes the responsibility of managing cloud-based infrastructures, particularly in AWS, and contributing to the stability and performance of hosted Magento platforms.Qualifications Proficiency in System Administration and Linux System Administration Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support Experience in implementing and maintaining Network Security measures Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and related cloud solutions Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Previous experience in managed hosting or e-commerce ecosystems, particularly Magento, is an advantage Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages is a plus
