Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”Key responsibilities:- Assisting the Modern Trade Lead on developing the current business and on-boarding new Modern Trade accounts; thereby aligning to the company objective - Responsible for achieving the monthly & yearly targets for the Modern Trade accounts - Should be able to handle the sales via (I) the Distributors & (II) directly from Company CFAs to 1. Modern Trade accounts like Apollo pharmacy, Wellness forever, Reliance Retail, Dmart, Spar, ABRL etc.2. And to Cash and Carry accounts like – Walmart (Flipkart)- Negotiation & generation of POs from purchase managers & buyers. - Coordinate with Distribution team for smooth availability of stocks basis forecast & Servicing of POs with 100% Fill rate - Managing & Listing of new SKUs in Key Accounts – start to end operations. - Following up with commercial managers of MT account for reconciliation. - Analysis & studying the competition productsEducational Qualification: Any graduate, Good to have: MBA (Marketing)Experience:4 to 9 years of modern trade experienceTherapy/Department: Consumer health care – Modern trade teamIndustry Preference: Pharma, healthcare, FMCGYour Success Matters to UsAt Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities We provide robust benefits and opportunities to foster personal and professional growth.
