Every story we tell shapes how the world learns, grows, and builds.Role Overview As ourContent Creator , you’ll bring the Generally Critical voice to life across platforms. You’ll create scroll-stopping, thought-provoking, and share-worthy content that helps professionals discover our brand and believe in our mission. From explaining frameworks like Porter’s Five Forces in 60 seconds, to crafting founder-style storytelling posts on LinkedIn — you’ll be the voice behind how the world experiences GC.What You’ll Do Createshort-form video content(LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) around startup thinking, simulations, and real-world frameworks. WriteLinkedIn threads, blog posts, and email storiesthat make complex ideas feel simple and actionable. Collaborate with the Product & Program teams to translate learning experiences into viral storytelling. Plan and executecontent calendarsaligned with product launches and campaigns. Track performance, run experiments, and constantly refine tone, hooks, and formats.What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of experiencein content creation, brand storytelling, or social media marketing (edtech/startup experience is a plus). Strong understanding of platforms — especiallyLinkedIn ,Instagram , andYouTube . Ability to script, shoot, and edit short videos (basic tools like CapCut or Descript work). Excellent writing skills — crisp, relatable, and high on insight.
