Role Overview

The Fundraising Executive will drive Param's corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives, focusing on CSR partnerships. The role involves researching prospects, cold calling, outreach, developing CSR proposals, arranging meetings and building long-term corporate relationships. This is a dynamic, public-facing role suited for someone with strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to translate Param's vision into compelling funding opportunities for corporates.

Key Responsibilities

1) Prospecting & Outreach

● Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads.

● Initiate outreach through cold calling, and email campaigns.

● Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings.

2) Proposal Development

● Support in creating, customizing and presenting CSR proposals, decks and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas.

● Work closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.

3) Donor Engagement

● Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.

● Prepare meeting briefs, presentations and follow-up notes.

● Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.

4) Relationship Management

● Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.

● Support donor recognition, acknowledgements and branding deliverables.

5) Events & Immersive Experiences

● Coordinate corporate visits to Param's Experience Centres and donor engagement events.

● Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, workshops and public-facing CSR events.

6) Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain accurate donor databases, track outreach metrics (calls, emails, meetings) and report progress to leadership.

● Support compliance and due diligence documentation for CSR partners.

Qualifications & Experience

● Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.

● 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).

● Strong communication and persuasion skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.

● Ability to create proposals, presentations and impact reports.

● Proficiency in , MS Office and CRM tools.

● Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

● Strong written and verbal communication (English; Kannada/Hindi an added plus).

● Number of cold calls, emails and connections per month.

● Number of meetings arranged with CSR heads.

● Retention and satisfaction of existing partners.

● Contribution towards annual fundraising targets.
