Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Relations Specialist to join our organization. This individual will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and leaders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a calm and pleasing personality, and a strong ability to manage documentation and follow-up processes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Relationship Management:
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with corporate representatives to discuss and present our initiatives and programs.
  • Follow up with corporates and leaders after initial meetings to ensure continued engagement and interest.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to corporate partners and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively to explain our mission, impact, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and correspondence. Prepare reports and documentation related to corporate engagements and partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for corporate outreach and engagement. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate relations strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Represent the organization in various platform and forum


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Calm and pleasing personality with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.


Desired Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
