Job Title: Head of Asset Commissioning

Location: Khavda, Bhuj-Gujarat (Site Location)

Purpose:

The Head of Asset Commissioning is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of assets in the energy sector. The role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in asset commissioning, a strong understanding of industry regulations, and the ability to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commissioning of assets while upholding Adani's values of sustainability, innovation, and excellence.

Experience

· 18-22 years of experience in asset commissioning, preferably in the energy sector

· Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing asset commissioning projects

· Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the asset commissioning strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements

· Lead a team of commissioning professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards

· Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of assets into the operational environment

· Oversee the planning and execution of commissioning activities, including testing, inspection, and documentation

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety protocols throughout the commissioning process

· Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact the commissioning timeline or quality

· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the commissioning process

· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress of commissioning activities

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commissioning processes and deliverables

· Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in asset commissioning

Education Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

· Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or relevant discipline (preferred)
