Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting pathological analyses and providing accurate diagnostic reports. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to offer quick and reliable test results to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee diagnostic laboratory tests, including tissue biopsies, blood samples, and other body fluids.
  • Interpret and analyze test results to diagnose diseases and conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure all laboratory practices adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests, results, and patient information.
  • Stay updated with advancements in pathology and laboratory technology.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to laboratory technicians and other staff.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in clinical Pathology.
  • Valid medical license to practice as a Pathologist.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
