We’re Hiring: Business Lead – Digital Axle Counter
Eldyne, a pioneer in Railway Signalling & Automation with over three decades of expertise, is looking for an accomplished leader to head our Digital Axle Counter (DAC) business — a strategic and high-growth vertical in our portfolio.
This senior leadership role is based in Kolkata and offers the opportunity to:
🔹 Engage with key stakeholders like RDSO, Zonal Railways and international partners.
🔹 Lead strategic growth across Indian Railways and global markets.
🔹 Leverage our nearly 3 decades of partnership with Thales (now Hitachi) to introduce next-generation axle counter technologies and our 4 decades of manufacturing and innovating in Railway Signalling Systems.
🔹 Drive innovation, operational excellence and financial sustainability.
We’re looking for:
✅ Strong network with RDSO and Indian Railways leadership.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical).
✅ MBA from a premier institute.
✅ 15–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Railway Signalling experience strongly preferred).
✅ Proven track record in business development, project execution and stakeholder management.
