Position Overview :


We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agile methodologies, possess strong leadership skills, and be adept at facilitating agile practices to enhance team performance and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance to Scrum teams on agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and fostering continuous improvement.

- Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth delivery of project goals.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and team members to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance metrics, including velocity and sprint burndown, to assess and improve team efficiency.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and work collaboratively with the team to implement improvements that drive productivity and quality.

Requirements :

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing agile projects successfully.

- Certifications: Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I) is a must

- Skills: Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, and to make decisions under pressure.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
