Experience : 5 to 8 Years Work Mode : WFO Responsibilities : We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer who has hands-on experience in building scalable microservices-based applications, working with cloud platforms, and managing real-time data pipelines using Kafka. The ideal candidate should have a strong backend development background and a passion for designing and implementing efficient, reliable, and secure systems.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Core Java and Spring Boot.- Build and deploy microservices architecture-based solutions.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.- Work on message queues and event streaming platforms like Apache Kafka.- Implement and maintain cloud-based services (AWS / Azure / GCP).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Frontend, Product) to deliver high-quality releases.- Write clean, testable, and scalable code following best practices.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance of backend services.Required Skills :- Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time event streaming.- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).- Understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.- Good knowledge of Git and Agile/Scrum development practices (ref:hirist.tech)
