1. Deal execution and Due diligence support:

- Handle multiple M&A projects, focusing on the execution of the transactions and assisting in the full co-ordination of due diligence phases.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes.

- Build and refine detailed financial models to analyse potential investments, fund raising models, merger models, etc.

- Conduct valuations using various methodologies such as DCF, capital budgeting techniques, comparative analysis, and transactions. Prepare sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities under different scenarios.

- Analyse financial statements, accounting records, and other relevant documents to assess the target company's financial performance, position and key drivers.

- Prepare detailed information memorandums, teasers and other pitch reports as required.

2. Business/Market assessment Research:

- Conduct in-depth research and top-down/ bottom-up analysis on market, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategies and investment decisions.

- Gather and analyse data on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor performance; create industry thematic reports and primers.

- Provide insights into industry dynamics and emerging opportunities. Support strategic planning with detailed market analysis.
