We collaborate with clients in the investment industry, including VCs, PEs, incubators, investment banks, angels, and more, to help them discover the best opportunities across various geographies and sectors. As part of this mission, we've introduced our 'LiveDeals' platform-a dedicated space for fundraising. It enables founders and their network (incubators, investors, advisors, etc.) to list their fundraising needs, making them visible to top global investors who can then express their interest.

About the Role

As the Senior Program Manager, you will lead and oversee the strategic growth and operational excellence of the LiveDeals platform. You will manage a team responsible for deal sourcing, investor engagement, and deal pitching. Your role will also involve hands-on work in sourcing high-quality startups, pitching deals to investors, and refining our offerings to ensure a seamless experience for both startups and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing & Strategy:

- Oversee the sourcing of high-quality startups looking to fundraise, ensuring a steady pipeline of deals on the LiveDeals platform.

- Develop and introduce new channels for deal sourcing, optimizing existing channels, and scaling efforts to improve deal flow.

- Personally source and assess potential deals, staying actively involved in the sourcing process.

Investor Engagement & Deal Pitching:

- Manage and nurture relationships with top global investors, understanding their investment thesis and ensuring they receive relevant, high-quality deals.

- Work closely with your team to pitch deals that align with investors' interests, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

- Conduct conflict checks and due diligence before presenting deals to investors.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Collaborate with the leadership team and various stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that align with company goals and market trends.

- Use data-driven insights to refine our offerings, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall sourcing and pitching process.

- Lead initiatives to scale and enhance the LiveDeals platform, ensuring its continuous growth and relevance in the market.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers and deal pitchers, ensuring alignment with Tracxn's goals and objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to your team, helping them succeed in their roles and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Necessary Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in program management and team leadership

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize processes.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative in driving projects and team efforts.

Good To have requirements

- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and a passion for helping startups succeed.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- A bachelor's degree from a top-tier college is preferred.
