Cloud-based, AI-enhanced metrics coupled with patented hardware optimize processes, inform strategic decision making and enable intelligent supply chains without the costly infrastructureAbout the role : We are seeking an experienced, proactive IT Manager to manage the day-to-day IT operations of our fast-growing team. This role is critical in maintaining secure, compliant, and scalable infrastructure for all users, services, and devices. Youll be responsible for operational delivery of Microsoft 365, endpoint management (via Intune), network and device security, and SaaS lifecycle management.Youll also support compliance efforts related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800, working closely with our CISO to maintain Drata and audit readiness. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable managing cloud-first environments and supporting modern workforces across macOS, Windows, and mobile.What You will Do :1. IT Operations & Systems Administration2. Own the provisioning, configuration, and deprovisioning of users and devices.3. Manage Intune (MDM/MAM) policies across corporate laptops and mobile devices (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android).4. Maintain and update the IT asset inventory and support device lifecycle (procurement, repair, disposal).5. Respond to and resolve user issues and escalate where appropriate.6. Manage SaaS access controls and license assignments (e.g., Drata, Slack, Atlassian, etc.).7. Maintain and document network configurations (office Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall).8. Ensure backup, DR, and business continuity systems align with policy.9. Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services : Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.Security & Compliance Support : 1. Enforce endpoint protection policies (BitLocker, FileVault, Defender or SentinelOne).2. Monitor and report on system security configurations, patch status, and encryption protocols.3. Support implementation and documentation of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53 controls.4. Assist with compliance automation tooling (e.g., Drata) : evidence collection, control validation, audit readiness.5. Support physical security reviews and device access control standards.6. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and recovery efforts.Change Management & Process Control : 1. Manage and document low-risk IT changes (user changes, device swaps, app rollouts).2. Identify and escalate higher-risk changes requiring leadership or compliance review.3. Contribute to policy and process updates across the IT and security stack.4. Conduct periodic reviews of system access, role assignments, and configuration baselines.Who You Are : - 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar hands-on technical role.- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and common SaaS tools.- Strong understanding of IT asset management, system security configurations, and compliance frameworks.- Comfortable supporting mixed environments (macOS, Windows, mobile) in a remote/hybrid setting.- Excellent communicator, organized, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.- Experience with compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST 800 is a strong plus.Why Dot Ai :You will play a key role in building out Dot Ais IT and Compliance functionsshaping how they operate and having a meaningful impact from Day 1 within a growing and mission-driven team.
