Key Responsibilities :

- API Framework Leadership : Lead and manage the technical aspects of API framework development and deliveries using Node.js, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

- Node.js & REST API Development : Drive REST API development using Node.js, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.

- Microservices & Cloud : Apply a strong understanding of microservice architecture and hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS) for deployment, scaling, and management.

- Full-Stack Development : Leverage strong knowledge of the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) to build and maintain comprehensive web applications.

- Database Management : Work extensively with databases such as SQL and MongoDB. Experience with Couchbase is an added advantage.

- Containerization : Utilize Docker containers for consistent development, testing, and deployment environments.

- API Gateway & Monitoring : Apply a good understanding of Apigee (or similar API Gateways), Swagger (for API documentation), and Splunk (for logging and monitoring).

- Technical Agility & Innovation : Demonstrate strong agility skills to quickly learn and excel in new technologies, frameworks, and tools.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Mentorship : Potentially mentor junior developers and contribute to elevating the team's technical capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong knowledge of the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).

- Mandatory and strong exposure to REST API development using Node.js.

- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and AWS services (ECS, EKS).

- Strong experience with Angular, and proficiency with Java Spring (for integrating with existing Java services if applicable).

- Expertise in working with SQL OR MongoDB, and Docker containers.

- Good understanding of Apigee, Swagger, and Splunk.

- Strong agility skills to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading technical discussions.

Education Qualifications :

- BE / B.TECH / MCA / M.TECH in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
