Job Description – AGM – Quality Control Position: Sr. Manager/AGM – Quality Control Location: W-82 MIDC Hingna road Nagpur Department: Quality Control Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Related Field) Industry Preference: Precision Machining / Automotive / Hydraulic Pump Assembly Experience: 15 to 20 years Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead overall Plant Quality Control and Testing 2. Drive and Maintain Certifications – ABYC / ISO10592 / ISO90013. Manage Quality Manuals and Documentation 4. Monitor Supplier Quality, Performance, and Lead Supplier Development 5. Ensure Quality for New Product Development and Launch 6. Handle Customer Complaints, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, and Implement Corrective Actions 7. Drive Process Improvements and Enhance Process Capability 8. Ensure All Quality Documentation and Audit Compliance Technical Competencies: - Six Sigma Certification and Implementation Experience - Strong Strategic Leadership Abilities - PFMEA / DFMEA / Control Plans / PPAP / Work Instructions Expertise - Proficiency in Minitab, SPC, R&R Studies, Pareto Analysis Behavioral Competencies: - Advanced Decision Making, Flexibility, and Team Collaboration - Strong Knowledge of Machining / GDC / Powder Coating Processes - Expertise in Quality Tools and Measuring Instruments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent Customer Complaint and NC Analysis Capability - Knowledge of Advanced Quality Measuring Systems Interested candidates may apply by sending their resume to: career@multisteer.com / hr@technotrades.com Subject Line: Application for AGM - Quality
