Role Overview:


We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Associate to coordinate marketing efforts in collaboration with our marketing vendor. This role involves overseeing campaigns, content development, social media strategy, and performance tracking to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with our marketing vendor to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing tasks.
  • Campaign Oversight: Monitor and review marketing campaigns executed by the vendor, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Content Supervision: Provide input and feedback on content developed by the vendor for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
  • Performance Analysis: Review campaign performance reports provided by the vendor, extract actionable insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Brand Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and the marketing vendor to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.
  • Event Promotion: Support the vendor in promoting webinars, events, and collaborations with universities and student organizations.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (experience in EdTech or student-centric platforms is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, , YouTube, etc.).
  • Content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
