Key Responsibilities:

  • The Quantity Surveyor should be able to make Tenders, BOQ, Costing etc.
  • Ensure that all Designs and Technical specification are translated into standard and acceptable instructions, drawings, BOQ¦s, etc
  • Oversee the integration of MEP and Structural design portions
  • Choose the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
  • Adapt specification and details according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
  • Inspect, supervise, check and evaluate the construction works on site
  • Prepare project time schedule
  • Prepare Cost Budgets
  • Coordinate with Structural, MEP and other outside consultants
  • Make sure the project is running according to schedule and budget
  • Make sure the contractor and all other vendors involved in the construction process are on the same page and work together towards the same goal
  • To shortlist vendors
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
  • To carryout quality checks and confirm quality standards & certify work done at site in line with specifications

Requirements:

  • Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Organizational, project management and planning skills
  • Proven working experience as quality surveyor
  • Tendering for all new projects.
  • Bill certification of vendors for all projects.
  • Developing BOQ, quantity surveyor, Costing, Project Estimation, Project Engineer, Execution, project scheduling.
  • Should be willing to travel across India
