Roles and Responsibilities:

 

· Drive revenue through exhibition space, sponsorship, and brochure sales through calls, · Follow the sales culture and best practice across the portfolio.

· Fully understand the market internationally for the portfolio and build connections with new clients

·To be responsible for the revenue generation through sponsorship packages to achieve agreed sales targets.

 · Ensuring strong sales culture with clear deadlines, targets and responsibilities.

· Sell sponsorship in accordance with set targets to ensure the revenue budget is achieved and exceeded.

 · Develop long term relationship through regular calls, offering information on the customer’s sector and sending information

 · Questions customers in depth to ascertain their long term business requirements and target markets

· Presents benefits of attending our events to potential clients using visual aids or virtual meets · To actively seek new customers from all relevant sources including trade press, competitors and other likeminded events.

· Provide the Portfolio Director with weekly report detailing forecast. · Monitor sales figures and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to enable senior management to be updated on the progress of the sponsorships.

 · Involvement with collections to ensure payments are made in line with the contract. Attend and travel to events. On site event execution and vendor management as per the format.

Responsibilities

·       Meet and exceed sales targets.

·       Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

·       Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives.

·       Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
