- Join our dynamic team as a Business Growth Manager, where you will play a pivotal role working closely with the leadership in driving exponential growth and shaping the future of our organization. This multi-faceted role offers a unique opportunity to work on business development, growth hacking, marketing, revenue operations and partnerships management. As a key player, you'll have a front-row seat to witness and contribute to the journey of a high-growth early-stage startup. We are seeking a professional who can seamlessly navigate these diverse areas with ease and creativity.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Customer Acquisition :

- Business development: Identify and engage with potential customers, respond to inbound customer inquiries and close deals

- Marketing: Design campaigns, plan events and manage SEO operations

- GTM experiments: Identify opportunities, design experiments and support execution

- Partnerships: Assist in building and managing key strategic partnerships including channel partnerships

Business Strategy :

- Analyze industry trends, policy; regulations, competitive landscape, customer needs, white-spaces, opportunities to inform strategic decisions regarding sectoral and thematic focus, geographical expansion, and the development of new initiatives.

- Track and analyze financial performance for all key financial and business KPIs

- Assist in Financial forecasting, budget optimization & fundraising

- Identify profitability growth pathways for various business segments and plan interventions

Business Reporting:

- Track execution of growth projects and report to the leadership

- Analyze sales, marketing and customer feedback data and report to the leadership

- Your focus may be skewed towards any one or two of the above at any given point depending upon company priorities.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

- 2+ years of top-tier experience in business growth, strategy, GTM or a similar role in consulting or in a Business Analyst, Program Manager, General management role in a startup

- Professionals from any educational background/major are welcome to apply. Engineering Degree is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates who have attended Tier 1 colleges/ universities

- Demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision

- Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Excellent fluency in English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office and other business tools such as CRM, marketing automation tools, ad platforms, and data analytics platforms

- High level of humility, action-bias, dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate

- Mission and value-driven, optimistic and enthusiastic about transformative change

- Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time (mostly within Delhi-NCR and other major cities)
