We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Flutter Engineer to lead the development of our flagship mobile and web applications. This role is central to our mission, involving deep architectural ownership and the relentless pursuit of perfection in performance.Roles & Responsibilities :As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you will : - Architectural Ownership : Partner closely with product and design teams to rethink the future of Trading and Investing, translating visionary concepts into robust and scalable technical designs. - Feature Development : Own the architecture and end-to-end development of critical, high-impact features for our Flutter-based applications across iOS, Android, and the Web. - Performance Engineering : Dive deep into latency-sensitive workflows, optimizing client-side performance, state management, and network communication to ensure our platform is not just fast, but flawless for every single trade. - Code Quality & Standards : Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and application monitoring. - Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members. - Cross-Platform Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of underlying native platforms (Android/iOS) to create performant bridges, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure a seamless cross-platform experience. Looking For : Required Skills & Experience : - 8+ years of professional mobile and/or web development experience. - Flutter Expertise : At least 2 solid years dedicated to production-level Flutter development, demonstrating deep understanding of the framework, Dart, and related ecosystem tools. - Mobile Fundamentals : Rock-solid fundamentals in either Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) components and modern application architecture (e.g., knowledge of threading, memory management, native build systems). - Fintech Focus : A relentless drive to make a massive impact in the fast-paced and high-stakes world of fintech, with a keen eye for security and reliability. - Problem-Solving : Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges, especially those related to real-time data handling, synchronization, and low-latency user experience (ref:hirist.tech)
