Our flagship program — The Stammer-Free Pathway Workshop — has transformed the lives of 1,000+ individuals across India and abroad, empowering them to speak naturally, without hesitation. Through live workshops, NLP techniques, and powerful coaching, we help participants go from frustration and speech anxiety to fluency and self-assurance.

About the Role

As a full-time Remote Sales Closer, your mission will be to enroll participants into the Stammer-Free Pathway Workshop through warm, high-trust conversations.

This is not a side hustle or freelance gig. We're looking for someone who treats sales as a craft, thrives in meaningful 1:1 conversations, and loves guiding people toward life-changing decisions.

Your Mission
  • Drive ₹7.2L/month in workshop enrollments (minimum)
  • Close 24+ participants/month into the Stammer-Free Pathway Workshop (₹30,000 price point for premium enrollments)
  • Handle 4–5 inbound calls per day, 6 days/week (~120 calls/month)
  • Maintain a 20%+ live call close rate
  • Follow up with no-shows and non-buyers using our structured reactivation process
  • Keep CRM, projections, and tracking sheets updated daily
KPIs & Metrics
  • Call Show Rate: 80%+
  • Live Close Rate: 20%+
  • Daily Call Load: 4–5 inbound calls
  • Weekly Hours: 48–50 (Mon–Sat)
  • Availability: 9 AM – 6 PM IST on Slack
Compensation
  • Base Pay (Draw): ₹20,000/month
  • Commission: 10% on cash collected
  • On-Track Earnings (OTE):
  • ₹70K–₹80K/month @ 20% close rate
  • ₹1L–₹1.1L/month @ 30% close rate

  • Are fluent in English & Hindi and comfortable building trust on video calls
  • Are process-oriented — you love updating CRMs, following up systematically, and hitting targets
