Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Business Development.
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ MBA.
Skill:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 4 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Business Development.
- Must have handled sizable business in the last 3-4 years.
- Good experience of generating new business.
Job Description:
- Extensive experience of lead generations into BA/BE, Invitro, Clinical Trials (Phase-I to Phase IV) business opportunities across globe.
- Prepare the database of potential customers, be in regular touch with them by mapping them periodically.
- Gather business intelligence from the market, other sources and target the customer based on their services need.
- Interact and meet with all the associated team members periodically at Customer level (Operation team, Medical Team and Procurement team) responsible for project outsourcing activities for new or repeat business opportunities.
- Get in touch with internal stake holders/department heads for getting update on RFP and coordinate for Proposal preparation with team to provide timely update to sponsor.
- Prepare & update the PPT for customer discussion and customize, it accordingly.
- Prepare monthly tracker /MIS in consultation with BD/Proposal team about the active RFPs from the shared proposals for effective tracking.
- Coordinate with Legal team for CDA/NDA execution. Also interact with Finance team for preparation of Project Contract/WO and MSA.
- Be in Regular contact with customers for Payment receipt, Change order & any commercial issues.
- Contact alliance partner CROs, if required for any business opportunities in that geography.
- With the help of internal Operation team try to win the proposal and get the project awarded to Raptim.
