The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airline operations, systems, and processes, with a proven track record in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of airline domain projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met Engage closely with airline clients to understand business needs, define project scope, and translate them into actionable plans Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile/waterfall or hybrid methodologies Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors Monitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in all project phases Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations (as required)Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus 8+ yearsof total experience, withat least 3-5 yearsmanaging projects in theairline or aviation industry Strong knowledge of airline systems such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), DCS (Departure Control Systems), revenue management, loyalty systems, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Hands-on experience in managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system integration projects in airline context Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage geographically distributed teamsPreferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with Tier-1 airline clients or global aviation service providers Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.) Exposure to IATA standards and airline regulatory frameworks
