Assistant Manager - Tax & Compliance


Job description is as follows :

Tax planning :

- Assisting in identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities for the Company and functioning as an in-house tax advisor

- Doing tax efficient planning of business transactions

Tax litigation support :

- Interacting with tax authorities and working with external consultants/ counsel to help with assessments / litigations

- Assisting in devising the litigation strategy for the company

Tax compliances :

- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all statutory compliances and internal reporting

- Identifying and implementing process efficiencies

- Assist in other one-off projects

Working Days -Time: 5 Days (Mon-Fri) 10-6

Qualification: CA with minimum 6 Years of experience into Corporate Tax/Direct Tax & Litigation & Compliance.
