Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

- Define target audiences, platform strategies, content pillars, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content across all relevant social media platforms (e., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

- This includes text posts, images, videos, stories, live sessions, and more.

- Curate relevant content from external sources.

- Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring conversations, engaging with the audience, and ensuring brand consistency.

- Community Building & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a strong online community around our brand.

- Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, manage comments, and foster meaningful conversations.

- Social Listening & Analysis: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment.

- Analyze data and insights to optimize strategies, identify opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, and sales.

- Paid Social Advertising: Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.

- Influencer Marketing: Identify, build relationships with, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers and brand advocates.

- Crisis Management: Develop and implement social media crisis communication plans and effectively manage online reputation during challenging situations.

- Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics.

- Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving KPIs.

- Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

- Experiment with new formats and strategies.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Potentially lead and mentor a team of social media specialists or coordinators.

- Collaborate effectively with marketing, PR, sales, and other internal Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- 6-8 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands, preferably with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.

- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, best practices, and target audiences.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content.

- Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns and analyzing their performance.

- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, platform-native analytics).

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of brand building and online reputation management.

- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for social media.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with SEO principles and their application to social media content.

- Experience with social listening tools and sentiment analysis.

- Experience managing international social media campaigns
